hello, dolly’s are one of my favorite desserts - so I wanted to make a vegan version and it is equally as good as the real thing, if not better.
you will need:
- 2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted vegan butter
- 2 cups vegan chocolate chips
- 3/4-1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1 can vegan coconut condensed milk (mine was a small can)

Instructions:- Add your graham cracker crumbs + melted butter to a bowl and mix well. add the crust mixture to a lined baking pan (8x8), and press firmly as even as you can.
- Add chocolate chips on top, then the walnuts, then the shredded coconut
- Pour the can of condensed coconut milk over top.
- Bake at 350°C for about 30 minutes until the coconut gets golden brown.
- Let cool COMPLETELY before slicing. I like to leave mine in the fridge once sliced so it’s slightly more firm when you eat it!!
