How To Make Flourless Chocolate Banana Muffins:
Ingredients:
- Four ripe bananas (4 makes 9-10 muffins)
- Half cup gluten-free oats
- 1/3 cup raw cacao
- Half cup nut or seed butter. (I used almond butter)
1. preheat oven to 350°F.
2. After you’ve mashed banana in a bowl, add all other ingredients and stir together until evenly blended.
3. Spoon mixture into muffin pan and then bake for 18-20 minutes (I baked mine for 20).
4. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before taking out of muffin pan. Enjoy!
