How To Make Mango Nice Cream With Saffron And Cardamom
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen ripe mango cubes
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup plant milk+ 1 tbsp (divided)
- 1/2 tsp saffron strands
- Roasted almonds
- Fresh mangos for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Soak the saffron strands in 1 tbsp plant milk and set aside.2. Blend the mango cubes, ground cardamom, and 1/4 cup plant milk in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
3. You may add more milk to help your blender or for a thinner consistency a few spoons at a time.
4. Once the mango cubes are processed well, add the saffron milk and combine well using a spatula.
Top with roasted almonds. Serve immediately.
5. you may add some liquid sweetener of your choice.
6. Enjoy!
