(Makes about 10)
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup nut/seed butter of choice
  • 1/4 cup date syrup, you could try another liquid sweetener too, like maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • coconut flakes
Instructions:
  1. Mix sweetener & nut/seed butter until well combined.
  2. Then add cocoa, salt, and oat flour & stir until a dough forms.
  3. Add more oat flour if too sticky and add more sweetener or nut/seed butter if too crumbly.
  4. Then form balls and roll them in coconut flakes.
  5. Place in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 20 minutes & enjoy!
  6. I like eating them after they’ve been refrigerated but you can enjoy them as is! Store any leftovers in the fridge!!
