How To Make CHOCOLATE COCONUT ENERGY BITES:

(Makes about 10)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup nut/seed butter of choice
- 1/4 cup date syrup, you could try another liquid sweetener too, like maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- coconut flakes
Instructions:
- Mix sweetener & nut/seed butter until well combined.
- Then add cocoa, salt, and oat flour & stir until a dough forms.
- Add more oat flour if too sticky and add more sweetener or nut/seed butter if too crumbly.
- Then form balls and roll them in coconut flakes.
- Place in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 20 minutes & enjoy!
- I like eating them after they’ve been refrigerated but you can enjoy them as is! Store any leftovers in the fridge!!
